68% ready · 12 days to go

One app, five front doors

Start from where you are.

Your first answer shapes the symptoms you see, the rituals you're offered and the sections in your report.

You're not imagining it

Around 1 in 10 women and girls of reproductive age live with endometriosis.1 Many spend years, and several appointments, before anyone connects the dots.

Invisible

Pain doesn't show on the outside, so it's easy for others to doubt.

Spread across weeks

Flares come and go, so the pattern is hard to see in the moment.

Squeezed into minutes

Appointments are short, and memory blurs when you're in pain.

How it works

From 30 seconds a day to a report that speaks for you.

  1. A woman writing in a journal, sitting cross-legged on cushions

    01

    Check in

Tap your pain from 0 to 10, where it hurts, bleeding, and what else is going on. Your usual answers are pre-filled, so most days take under 30 seconds.

  2. A calendar surrounded by moons and soft pink petals

    02

    Notice your patterns

After a few check-ins, Haylo shows what tends to come before a flare, how symptoms move with your cycle and what seems to help, in plain sentences with the counts behind them.

  3. A desk calendar with a bookmark beside a pink stethoscope

    03

    Bring proof

Before your appointment, export a one-page report that puts your words into the terms clinicians use. You decide who sees it.

Designed for hard days

Every screen has one of two jobs.

Get you ready for your next appointment, or help you get through today. If a screen did neither, we cut it.

  • A countdown that means something

Add your next appointment and Today shows how ready your report is, day by day.

  • Check-ins that respect your energy

Chip-based, one-handed and pre-filled with your usual answers. Missed a day? Backfill it.

  • Flares, logged in one tap

Capture a sudden flare with its pain level and what you tried, whenever it happens.

  • No guilt, ever

Haylo counts the days you've logged this cycle. There's no streak to break and no red warning for a missed day.

The doctor report

Your words, in your doctor's language.

Haylo summarises your logs on a single page a clinician can scan in a minute: pain over time with bleeding days marked, how often each symptom showed up, the days you missed work or plans, and what you've tried.

  • Painful periodsDysmenorrhea
  • Painful sexDyspareunia
  • Painful bowel movementsDyschezia
  • Painful urinationDysuria
  • Questions to ask, picked to match your pattern.
  • Export a PDF and share it yourself, by email, message or print.
  • Clearly labelled as patient-reported data. Not a diagnosis.

Questions for my doctor

  • •Could my painful sex be related to my other symptoms?
  • •What evaluation would you recommend for pain this regular?
Patient-reported data collected with Haylo. Not a diagnosis.

Patterns

Patterns in plain sentences.

Haylo counts; it doesn't guess. Every insight comes from simple, transparent rules applied to your own logs, and links are always labelled as possible triggers, never causes.

  • Possible trigger

Your pain was higher on 4 of 5 days you slept poorly.

  • Cycle pattern

Bloating peaks about 2 days before your period.

  • What helps

Heat helped on 6 of the 8 days you tried it.

Comfort

Small rituals for hard days.

After each check-in, Haylo suggests one short comfort ritual that fits what you logged and where you are in your cycle. Rate it, and the ones that help you come up more often.

  • Warm-pack belly rest · 10 min
  • Box breathing · 2 min
  • Supine butterfly · 5 min
  • Legs up the wall · 5 min

Rituals are for comfort, not treatment. Stop if anything increases your pain.

Privacy

Private by design, because this is personal.

Haylo holds some of the most sensitive information there is. Here's what we promise.

  • Never sold. Ever.

We don't sell your data, and we never share your health entries with advertisers, data brokers, insurers or employers.

  • No ads in Haylo

Haylo is paid for by subscriptions, not by advertising, so nothing you log is used to target you.

  • Discreet by default

Reminder notifications never name a condition or symptom, because lock screens are visible to others.

  • Locked to you

Your entries are tied to your account, and only you can open them in the app. Add a Face ID, fingerprint or passcode lock.

  • Yours to take or erase

Export everything you've logged, or delete your account and all of your entries, whenever you like.

  • Your report, your call

Haylo never sends anything to a clinic. You choose if, when and with whom you share your report.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is Haylo a medical app?

Haylo is a tracking and self-care tool, not a medical device. It helps you notice patterns and prepare for appointments, and it never tells you what condition you have. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health.

Do I need a diagnosis to use Haylo?

Not at all. "Painful periods, no diagnosis yet" is one of the first options, and the report is designed to help that conversation get started.

Who can see my health data?

Your entries are tied to your account, and the app only shows them to you. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers, and Haylo never sends your report to anyone. You share it yourself. Our Privacy Policy lists the few service providers that help us run Haylo.

Will notifications reveal what I'm tracking?

No. Reminder text never mentions a condition or symptom, so a glance at your lock screen gives nothing away.

Does Haylo use AI?

No. Insights, ritual suggestions and reports come from simple, fixed rules applied to your own logs. Nothing you log is sent to an AI model.

Can I export or delete my data?

Yes. You can export everything you've logged at any time, and delete your account and all of your entries from the app or by emailing us.

How much does Haylo cost?

Haylo starts with a free trial. After that it's a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play, with the price shown in your local currency before you confirm. You can cancel at any time in your store settings.

Where is Haylo available?

Haylo is launching in English in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia.
